SilverSingles is a place where older men and women can find just that - love, a date, an intimate relationship, a friend or even a golf buddy or tennis partner. While intended for the over-50 crowd, I easily found a number of members (both men and women) as young as their mid-20's, raising the possibility of some May-December romances.

The SilverSingles.com web site is clear and simple to use - they have "help" for just about everything and you don't need to put on your reading glasses to find the important links. While browsing just click on one of the colorful icons to view a member's profile, add them to your hotlist, send an email or invite them to chat with you.

There were a couple annoyances. Profiles include full-page questionnaires for basic information, personality traits, interests and leisure activities - however if you are going to answer any of the questions in a section you have to answer them all. For some questions my best answer would have been "other" - a choice that wasn't given.

Having all this information on the profiles, you'd think you could use it to search for matches - but you can't. Searches are by location and just a few other basics like smoking/drinking habits, language, ethnicity and age.

Membership rates are very affordable, especially if you sign up for several months at a time. This also lets you lock into a low monthly renewal rate if you choose to pay by the month after your original subscription expires.

All in all, if you're looking for a friendly, easy-to-use senior dating site that isn't going to break your budget, we think you'll be happy to try SilverSingles!

The Good:	Very easy to use, affordable membership rates. Subscribing for several months locks in a low monthly renewal rate.
The Flaws:	Limited search options. It's a little annoying that large sections of your profile require you to choose between answering all of the questions or none of them.
The bottom line:	A few minor annoyances, but overall a nice, easy-to-use and affordable dating site for older singles.
